So we thought we should too. When we heard how gutted Antony Silson was that his click and collect order of 10 bottles had been retracted (totally understandable – he was after all ‘“going away to a yurt in the Lake District and it would have topped the weekend off”) we wanted to make it up to him. Within 24 hours we sent Antony an apology letter press ad in the Yorkshire Post, followed by a social media search to track him down and cheer him up, with 10 bottles of his favourite whisky. Plus a bottle for the lucky person who found him. Let’s hope he’s chilling in that yurt right now, enjoying the heritage of Scotch whisky combined with the flavour and soul of the Caribbean.
